House in Brandenburg an der Havel

The location and size of the house nearby Havel correspond to its rural enviorment and are part of the conceptual approach : In its urban design, the new building leans against the existing buildings in its vicinity. Its colorful wooden facade, gives the house its own identity and at the same time integrates it into its surroundings.

The house is a new wood construction building; the use of wood as a renewable raw material with its long tradition gives the house its qualities: As a highly thermally insulated stud framing, the house offers energy-efficient living comfort. The wood also characterizes the interior design: the wooden construction is easly recognizable from the inside, and wood looring is used all over the house.
